2. Rats can live up to 18 months.
3. Rats have very strong teeth capable of chewing through a variety of materials including glass and cinderblock.
4. Norway rats are also known as sewer rats.
5. Roof rats can climb and often live high off the ground.

How to Prevent Rats:

1. Seal all cracks, crevices, and gaps around the exterior of your home.
2. Remove or safely store any potential food sources that may attract rats.
3. Keep interior areas clean and clutter-free.
